Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to both attendees and event organisers, please review our refund policy below:

 

Day One - Saturday 5th April 2025

Day Two - Sunday 6th April 2025

 

1. Full Refund (100% of ticket price):

If you cancel your ticket 7 days or more before the event (by Friday, 29th March, for Day One and Saturday, 30th March, for Day Two), you are entitled to a full refund of £95.

 

2. Partial Refund (50% of ticket price):

If you cancel within 3 to 6 days before the event (From 30th March to 2nd April for Day One and 31st March to 3rd April for Day Two), you will receive a 50% refund (£47.50).

 

3. No Refund:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event (On or After 3rd April for Day One and On or After 4th April for Day Two) will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying us with the new attendee’s information.

 

4. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling:

If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.

 

5. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us at mary@diggforsuccess.com with your name, the email that the ticket was booked under, and the event date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
